Watermelon Granita
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup watermelon, frozen and deseeded
- 4 shots Vodka
- 1/2 cup watermelon juice or coconut water
- 1tsp mint extract
- honey, to taste
Directions
Combine ingredients into a blender and blend on high until pretty smooth (about 30-60sec). Serve and enjoy!
Note: Don’t blend too fine, it’s nice to have little chunks of frozen watermelon that give a great pop!
