Hi! As you’ve probably noticed, I’m on a bit of a brownie kick 🙂 Last week was black bean brownies, this time it’s protein brownies.
These brownies have the deep richness and dense texture of the real deal, but get this: The entire recipe has less than 400 calories, no sugar AND 45g of protein! (although add ins might change that 😉 )

Unbelievable Protein Brownies
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup flour
- 6tbsp Vega protein powder
- 2tbsp cocoa powder
- 8-10 packets stevia
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 1/2 cup water
- Add ins, optional
Direction
- Preheat oven to 350F (175C). Line a cupcake tin with 3 liners.
- In a large bowl, sift flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder and stevia.
- Mix in egg whites and water (add more if needed). Scoop 1/4 cup into liners.
- Bake for 22-24 min or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
- Serve and enjoy!
