Garlicky Green Bean Stir-fry

Hi! Fall’s in full swing! It’s the season for pumpkin spice everything, and the holidays are just around the corner.

For me, the best part about fall is the harvest season. So, I’m going to celebrate one of my family’s favourites

Garlicky Green Bean Stirfry

Ingredients

  • 8oz green beans, washed
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1.5-2Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1.5-2Tbsp oil
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium high heat. Add garlic and fry until fragrant
  2. Cook beans for 1-2 min. Add salt and soy sauce and continue cooking for an additional 1-2 min. The beans should be blistered but not burnt
  3. Add water, cover and simmer until reduced, 5-6 min. Serve and Enjoy!
